To find peace within ourselves is perhaps one of the most paradoxical aspirations currently plaguing the whole of humanity.

How can we find peace when so much stands to go wrong if we enact our Will as it is in order to attain such a goal?

We are at odds with our Self. This is known. For many, it’s all we can do to obsess over our private Hells, that we do all we can to avoid having to look into their distorted images of darkness and shadow.

But in avoiding looking upon our demonic shadows, we fail to find the source light which is being cast behind them.

For behind is Heaven’s light, and only light can cast a shadow.
