Between a Rock and a Hard Place

Being between a rock and a hard place isn’t always a bad place to be.

It forces us to look upon the world objectively in such a manner that we start to think of solutions to solve the dilemma of feeling cornered or otherwise doomed.

If calm is maintained, we figure out how to take the steps to free ourselves – but if it isn’t, we can easily be crushed beneath the weight of our own miscalculation.

Remember that in the face of every hardship and moment of self-inflicted entrapment is both an opportunity to evolve, or one to be crushed.

The outcome of this is the result of conditioning, cultivating calm, and seeking inner strength and is rarely a matter of chance.

Never leave anything to chance, especially when the outcome of success can bring peace and greater freedom to be ourselves.
